Wow I can’t believe how fast June flew by, I still remember it being the end of May like it was yesterday.

Last night was a gooder for me. We started the night off by having dinner at this new yummy restaurant here in town where I pigged out on drinks and appetizers for about 2 hours. The above picture is me (obviously) filling up on Coconut Shrimp! I could have eaten like 5 or 6 plates of these, that’s how good they were.

Then, to wash those Coconut Shrimp down I had this great girly drink. It was called something like a Tropical Blah Blah, I don’t really remember but it was super good.

The restaurant was practically dead as well, which was nice. I hate those other times you go out, expecting a nice quite dinner and the next thing you know a family of 12 people are walking in the door and you just know its going to be super loud in 10 minutes.

After we finish our appatizers and polish off our drinks we left to head over to the lake to watch the fireworks. After driving around for 2o minutes and having a cop tell us he’ll ticket us if we park in the initial spot we chose we finally found a spot.

We caught the very last bit of the fireworks and lemme tell ya, no one does it like Vancouver does it. Jesus, lol talk about small town fireworks. Ah well, maybe the next set of fireworks we can see them in Vancouver instead. I still had a great night, it was nice to get out and get something done, after working and working. Hope you guys have a wicked Friday, I’m gonna be enjoying mine watching a movie.

Saturdays are my baking days! Now, please don’t confuse baking with cooking, theyre 2 totally different things. Cooking (meals, acutal food) I cannot do work a friggin damn, however baking, now thats something a bit more up my alley. I found this amazing recipe for Sweet Creme Muffins and then I just change it up a bit with my own little additives and do different fruits, nuts and so on. My muffins in this house are a pretty high demand, for breakfasts and just a general snack. My buddies have even put  in requests for themselves for me to make them there own batches haha. They usually end up eating them all when theyre over for visits. Its funny.

Anyways, my days been pretty slow so far. I woke up this morning with a terrible Ear Infection so thats lovely. I decided to go BACK to the Doctors for the 3rd damn time and they finally gave me something. Theyre treating me for the ear infection and now ive apparantly got bronchitis which is fantastic. Im not one to really be sick a whole lot. A cold here and there but nothing major and my body can usually fight it off itsself. But theres that one time when the weather starts to change from Fall to Winter that my body just sucks, and apparantly the month of November is the month it chose to do it in. Im thankful that its now and not while theres snow on the ground, it would have made things that much worse.

O yum, dad came home with KFC…Woot chicken. Anyways, have a great Saturday Night lovers
